Queen of Chai, Kaffir scented, exotic & delicious.

Traditional Chai Tea Brewing Method:

Using a small saucepan on a stovetop add:

  1. One teaspoon of Tea Lady High Chai tea to ½ a cup of water.
  2. Bring to the boil then add ½ a cup of milk or soy milk.
  3. When boiling reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Keep lid on to avoid evaporation.
  4. Strain and serve.

High Chai tea can be enjoyed black or with milk, straight from a teapot / plunger or can be brewed in the tradition chai method as described on left. Honey or sugar may be added if sweetener is desired.
