A traditional whole leaf black leaf tea
This tea is brewed simply by pouring freshly boiled water over one teaspoon per cup, in a tea pot, plunger or in-cup infuser. Steep for 2-4 minutes to ensure the best flavour - strain and serve. If a stronger tea is desired, use more tea rather than leaving to sit for longer.
Note: Small ball-type infusers may not allow sufficient room for tea leaves to expand and result in a brew with less than optimum flavour.
Enjoy with or without milk or sweetener.
